Privacy Policy
Effective November 8, 2026
This notice explains how LyricLab, operated by Master lyric, handles information when you visit lyriclabofficial.com or use its music community. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions and requests.
1. Information you provide
Registration collects your display name, email, password, account role, date of birth and acceptance of the policies. Supabase handles authentication. If you add them, we also process profile details, photos, tracks, credits, comments, messages, support requests and saved lyric drafts. Do not include sensitive personal information in public content.
2. How information is used
We use account information to provide sign-in, profiles, music sharing, messaging and creation tools; check signup eligibility; respond to support requests; investigate abuse; and maintain the service. Hosting providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details for delivery, reliability and security.
3. Public and account content
Published profiles, tracks, photos and community posts may be visible to other people and shared outside LyricLab. Some media is delivered using public URLs; hiding a profile element does not make that file private. Email addresses, dates of birth, private messages and unpublished lyric drafts are not intended for public display. Keep your own backups, and avoid posting private contact details.
4. Service providers
LyricLab uses Supabase for authentication, database and media storage and Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery. Optional usage analytics use PostHog. Google AdSense is being configured for advertising on public editorial pages. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices, which may involve processing in other countries.
Provider information: Supabase, Cloudflare, PostHog, and Google. We may disclose information when needed to operate the service, respond to a lawful request or investigate abuse.
5. Cookies and local storage
Essential browser storage supports account sessions and preferences. Some draft or interface data may also be saved on your device. Clearing site data may sign you out or remove locally stored work, so export work you need before clearing it.
Optional PostHog analytics remain off until you select Allow analytics. If enabled, they receive coarse app-section visits and events such as a completed upload or successful sign-in, together with technical data and a pseudonymous account identifier. The integration does not intentionally send names, email addresses, birth dates, private messages, lyric text or passwords and does not record sessions. Change this choice through Analytics choices in the app footer. Declining does not prevent account use.
6. Google advertising
Google AdSense setup and site review are in progress. Advertising can appear only after activation and where ad code is installed on public content pages. Verification tags and the ads.txt ownership file do not themselves display advertisements.
When Google advertising is active, Google and other third-party vendors or ad networks may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses and device or browser information to deliver, measure and protect ads. Advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to select ads using prior visits to this site or other websites.
You can manage or opt out of personalized Google advertising through My Ad Center and learn how Google uses information from partner sites. Other participating advertising vendors may offer choices through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily remove all ads.
Where advertising consent or opt-out messages are shown, use their controls to accept, decline or manage choices. Ad-related choices are separate from LyricLab's optional PostHog analytics choice. Browser settings can also limit cookies, but may affect site functions.
7. Young users
The current signup form requires users to be at least 16. Users ages 16–17 cannot use paid licensing or payout features while paid features remain disabled. We do not knowingly permit accounts below the signup age. If you believe an ineligible person has registered or posted personal information, contact us for review. Do not send a child's identity documents or precise location in an initial report.
8. Retention and requests
Account and content information is retained while needed to provide the service and for security, backup, dispute handling and legal obligations. You can use available account controls and request access, correction or deletion at [email protected]. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request.
Deletion does not necessarily remove copies others made of public content, and backup or legally required records may remain for a period. We do not publish a fixed retention period for every data category.
9. Security and updates
We use the service's access controls and hosting protections, but no online system can guarantee complete security. This notice will be updated as data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current notice. Contact LyricLab support with questions.
